You Think I'm High Maintenance You Obviously Haven't Met My Horse T-Shirt

You Think I'm High Maintenance You Obviously Haven't Met My Horse T-Shirt

I’m a die hard cricket fan who grew up with a daily dosage of cricket. Call it madness/stupidity but I decided to marry someone who’s older to me. Man Sachin married someone who’s 5 years older to him. So being a die hard Sachin fan I should emulate my master. Now let me connect the dots. I made these wishes at 3 important stages of my life. When I first knew about the world, when I was a teenager and finally when I actually got to know about the world. I met you exactly 189 days after I made my 3rd wish. During our first meet you looked like a nerd with a good amount of attitude (a bit on the higher side). Never judge anyone in the first meeting. So I decided to observe you for some days (observing not stalking). 1st year was pretty chilled, I developed a fair amount of understanding of you (and some subjects too). But never wanted to trouble someone who’s already in a relationship. Shit happened and you broke up with your bf. I saw you crying and whenever someone cries in front of me I get terrified. I really felt bad that your 3 years relationship ended in a bad way. But still couldn’t muster the courage to express my feelings. Some more shit happened and ironically you became close to me for the first time in my life. You called me horcrux and bestie. That made me feel special. Maybe I started liking you more than what I should. You’re the biggest nerd I ever met. A voracious reader, astrophile and a big HP and F.R.I.E.N.D.S fan. I challenged one of my friend back in college that I would never touch HP in my life or watch friends. I lost the bet 5 years later when I decided to read HP just to know what made you like that book. See for the first time in my life I’ve really started becoming a man for the first time in my life. No one knows about me more than you. Only my mom can beat you in that. I truly opened myself to you. You’re what God gave me as my three wishes combined. I operated my own pet sitting business for 10 years, and several clients had birds ranging in size from finches to cockatoos and African grey parrots. Birds like to throw seed out of their bowls and onto any surface near the cage. They foul their water with food and excrement. They need a lot of stimulation through human interaction and filling their cages with toys that get destroyed. Interaction and stimulation are vital to prevent the bird from feather picking and self mutilation. Providing fresh vegetables and fruit daily can be time consuming, made only slightly less so by using frozen mixed vegetables some of the time. Poop needs to be cleaned from cage floor, bars, dishes, toys and perches daily, and the seed/food throwing tendency necessitates a lot of sweeping and mopping. I had a Quaker parrot in one cage, and two sun conures and a jenday conure in another. The cages were placed in a small dining alcove off our kitchen that was surrounded by windows covered by plastic blinds. Obviously, the feeding, watering and cleaning happened every morning, and sometimes at night depending on how big the mess was, especially in their water bowls. We found it necessary to take the large cages out on the patio every month or so and steam clean them while the birds were housed in smaller travel cages, which then had to be cleaned once everyone was back where they belonged. That’s when we cleaned the blinds and windows as well. Oh, and most birds are difficult to sex. I think the jenday conure was a male and the suns were female. I started finding eggs in their food bowls and on the cage floor, and had to remove them to keep from having baby birds. Maybe one bird, especially if you’ve never had one before, and don’t get a large one that can live for decades. That’s like adopting a very messy child that must be provided for after your death, and they can suffer greatly if separated from a person they’re strongly bonded to.
