There is a deeper level of peace and freedom. From here you may expand into witness consciousness where you go beyond the sense of ego all together and exist as bliss energy. The witness is not separate from anything else. It is just energy being conscious of energy. You may temporarily lose all memory of who you are as a person and experience yourself as energy, as bliss itself. This is a very ecstatic level of awareness and very liberating. You no longer feel the physical or have an ego. It is no longer “I am” but just bliss consciousness and you may have wondrous visions and experience things that cannot be understood by the intellect. This is the first level of Samadhi. From here Witness Consciousness may expand into nothingness. In nothingness, there is no subject and object, there is just nothing, eternal peace, Infinite Consciousness at the level of the unmanifest. Everything is experienced as being made of nothing, the unmanifest. In Buddhism, this is referred to as emptiness. experience of consciousness that is beyond mental perception. It is a feeling of impersonal being. It is a feeling of still being a self but the self is beyond the ego, beyond mental perception. The “I am” is unaffected by thoughts and therefore transcendent of thinking. Thinking can still be there, but the “I am” does not identify itself with thinking. At the level of ego you very much experience that you are separate from everything. But at the level of “I am,” that separation has blurred. The “I am” is formless, without boundaries, but still very subjective. There is still a you and everything else but the boundary between you and everything else is no longer solid or defined. Kind of like a cloud in the sky. There is still a cloud, but the boundary between the cloud and the sky cannot be defined. By resting in this feeling of being, your ego dissolves a little more and instead of impersonal being, there is the feeling of is-ness. “I am” has expanded to “everything is.” The Isness is still subjective, but it is no longer objective. There is a deeper level of peace and freedom. From here you may expand into witness consciousness where you go beyond the sense of ego all together and exist as bliss energy. The witness is not separate from anything else. It is just energy being conscious of energy. You may temporarily lose all memory of who you are as a person and experience yourself as energy, as bliss itself. This is a very ecstatic level of awareness and very liberating. You no longer feel the physical or have an ego. It is no longer “I am” but just bliss consciousness and you may have wondrous visions and experience things that cannot be understood by the intellect. This is the first level of Samadhi. From here Witness Consciousness may expand into nothingness. In nothingness, there is no subject and object, there is just nothing, eternal peace, Infinite Consciousness at the level of the unmanifest. Everything is experienced as being made of nothing, the unmanifest. In Buddhism, this is referred to as emptiness. And in nothingness, your perception can expand further into the level of Reality that is Infinite Joy, Infinite Goodness, Infinite Light. There is no subject or object, there is just Infinite Light. This is my experience, you may not move through these levels of consciousness in this order, but it shows the progression between “I am” and realizing The Infinite. This video below talks about these stages more and by watching it you may begin to feel what I am talking about.Any person, no matter what station in life they live, can feel satisfied with their lives if they know what we are and let go of fears and desires. Those are the two things that make us unsatisfied with our lives. I am 77 years old now and I am completely satisfied with how my life has developed. I know that we are each on a Life Path and that whatever events will occur, they most often are within that path that we live. You too have a life path and a “soul contract” to experience specific events, many of which will turn out to have been exactly what you needed at the time they occured. A few will be challenges for you to overcome and you will look back and assess whether you did well or not. Too often we blame others for our problems. In actuality we are the only ones we can look to for bringing events to us. We create our own challenges. When you understand that you can reach a point where you are thankful and satisfied with your life. Take responsibility for everything that happens for you and even around you. If you don’t like what you see and experience, then look within and see why you feel that way. You can change yourself for the better anytime you want.
